Students used the Fraction Wall (shown below) to find out which of these fractions on the worksheet were more than 1/2 and which fractions were less than 1/2 . They wrote the words ‘more than 1/2 ’ or ‘less than 1/2’ underneath each of the fractions on the worksheet.
