TAC Personal Evaluation

Answer the following questions in relations to the TAC advertisements you have viewed.

1. Who is the TAC campaign targeted at?
The ads are targeted at young people so that they follow the road rules.

2. How did the TAC campaign make you feel?
The TAC ads made me feel aware of what can happen in a split second on the roads if you look away. The one that gained my attention was the one where the person is fatigued and hits the family.

3. What responses do you think other people may have to these advertisements? What factors do you think would influence people reactions?
I think that these may have gained the attention of people and showed them what would happen from what they do wrong.

4. Do you think TAC campaigns are effective? What makes them effective or ineffective?
Yes I think they are effective because it shows the actual injuries that may occur in an accident.

5. What communicative strategies are used in the campaign and how do the graphics, language and presentation add to the intended message?
The communication used is showing the injuries that happen to people, showing how they happen, and showing what it does to the familys of the people that get hurt, the graphics are good because they are real.
