Survival Presentation
Integrated studies
Use your knowledge of Science and Technology to make a model of something useful to your survival if you were lost in the bush. You are only allowed to use materials you would have with you and other materials from the bush around you.
You may work by yourself, with a partner or you can work in a small group.
We will be sharing these models with the class and you will be asked to present your model - explaining how you made it, why you chose the item you did, how it would work and how it would help you survive in the wilderness.
You need to present this project in two parts; you need to make a model of your device and this will be put on display. You will also be assessed on your presentation to the rest of the class.
We will be discussing the project in class and you are free to ask me any questions. You will be given class time to help you with the project and we will work on the presentation at school.
