Throughlines
Throughlines are overarching goals, big ideas or concepts which describe the most important understandings that students will develop over time. Throughlines can also be expressed as overarching questions and provide a ‘big picture’ for students to make connections with what is learned in school and beyond.
Examples of Throughlines could include Sustainability, Safety and Wellbeing or Change and Innovation.
