Mapping Tools

Purpose of the mapping tools

Schools have used curriculum mapping tools to assist in the process of reviewing the curriculum from a whole school level or from the perspective of the individual teacher.

The following table of templates are designed to be used by schools and teachers to map and/or audit the curriculum and assist in planning curriculum. The Department of Education and Early Childhood Curriculum Planning Modules also provide a range of templates that can be used by schools to map the curriculum.
