Assessment Tasks
The Victorian Essential Learning Standards Assessment Tasks have been developed to assist teachers to develop a common understanding of student achievement against the Standards and to improve the consistency of their assessment of student work both within and across schools.
Each assessment task illustrates appropriate assessment in relation to specific aspects of the standards from the relevant domains standards. The assessment tasks include a teaching and learning sequence, assessment criteria and assessment guide.
Where available, assessment tasks will be linked to annotated samples of student work.
Assessment tasks for each level will be progressively published on this website.
